The moving process has begun! At least I wish it has. I haven’t packed a single thing. I have cleaned up the whole apartment though and thrown away anything that doesn’t need to go to the new place. My thought is, why pack everything in to boxes when I’m only moving 100 feet away? It just seems like a waste of time. I might feel differently when Friday comes and I’m making a billion trips to carry everything over. Why am I moving just 100 feet away, you ask? Check out Friday’s Pieces of Happy post and it will be explained.
I wish I had a nice story to lead into this recipe, but I don’t. My life pretty much consists of getting ready to move on Friday and staying at Carl’s grandparents. Oh well, who says I can’t share a recipe if it doesn’t have a story to go with it? Check out below to see how to make this super easy fruit bake, good for any time of day. There you have it! It’s super easy. I’ve made it several times and it has turned out great every time. I’ve tried it with raspberries but the bananas and peaches are definitely the best part. I think the greatest thing about this recipe is how easy it is to adjust it for how many people you are serving and what fruit you like best.
