Happy hump day!  The week is halfway over!  I was going to share with you my shrimp taco recipe that I made up that last night.  It included mango salsa and a tequila lime salsa and was super yummy.  BUT, today has been ultra busy and I haven’t had a chance to upload the photos.  If you follow me on Instagram you were able to see at least one picture of it.
