It’s April! It’s Carl’s birth month, though due to all the nursing school stress, he’s not reminding me on a daily basis as usual. This month we have a few lovely things to focus on besides nursing school and working our butts off to pay bills. I want to get back to the monthly goals/review because I’ve enjoyed looking back at past ones and seeing what we did/accomplished (or failed). So here’s the agenda for April.

I mean, there hasn’t been a blog post published since October. There are plenty of reasons to explain why I didn’t post, but really it boils down to just not wanting to. That sounds pretty depressing, but really it’s a great thing. Blogging takes so much time that it keeps you from actually getting out and doing stuff. Needless to say, it’s gonna be a long 18 months. I believe in him though!
Carl starting nursing school is pretty much the biggest thing that happened this past month.

After starting my own herb garden I realized I needed to get my act together if I was not only going to keep the herbs alive but also not let them go to waste. Through trial and error (and a lot of Pinterest),
Hey there! Posting has dwindled down since we moved into our new house, so I thought it would be good to touch base. I wanted to share what’s been happening and what will be happening.
We’ve settled into our house
It took longer than I expected to get completely moved into the house. We closed on July 15th and our lease lasted until August 3rd. We definitely needed all of that time to move.
